SDO

As the pundits have already noted, this has huge implications for a number of key social issues. It will be interesting, however, to see if Bush puts his list of favorites for the Chief's position on hold and instead nominates a woman. Robert Novak has said that Janice Rogers Brown (D.C. Cir.), Edith Brown Clement (5th Cir.), and Edith Hollan Jones (5th Cir.) are all on the short list to replace her.
