Kelo and Souter
In response to the Supreme Court's Kelo decision, giving a green light for local gov'ts to use eminent domain for private property developments, a group is trying to bulldoze Justice Souter's house in NH in favor of building the "Lost Liberty Hotel." Seriously. Read the article here.

Zimmerman arrived after I left. He's legit, as evidence of his #4 pick in the recent MLB Draft. Although I was a "good" college baseball player and had my moments, I wouldn't put myself in the same class as Zimmerman, nor would I say I was part of a "punch" with anyone at UVa.
