In the off-beat department, if you're looking for something to do this weekend, the small 'city' of Frederick (just east of here across I-25) is celebrating its centennial. A list of the events can be found at http://www.frederickco.gov/news.aspx?id=1516.

SoBo Summerfest, which takes place in the shopping center that contains the Southern Sun. There's also always the Boulder Farmer's Market.
The Rocky Mountain 1/2 Marathon is this Sunday.
I won't be running it, but I'll be somewhere on the sidelines drinking a beer.
