Is this normal? I will say that, two finals into this shizz, it feels as if six weeks has passed since classes ended and I can't imagine doing two more of this study-til-you-drop-then-basically-say-the-same-thing-everyone-else-said-stuff. I'd say that I'm jaded, but apparently that wouldn't be novel. ;)

I have a sense of apathy probably uncommon in 1Ls.
JQET: I agree. The pedagogy of law school is supported by elitism. That's it. Some states let a person become licensed by a combination of apprenticeship + bar passage, which I think makes a lot of sense from a practical standpoint, but I can't see it ever gaining widespread acceptance.
